Go Global

Partnered with over 200 universities and institutions worldwide, Go Global exchange programs help students venture out into the world to meet people, build skills and gain international perspectives on their learning. Go Global also administers international learning awards and manages the Student Safety Abroad Policy to help students keep safe and connected in an emergency abroad.

Vantage College

The Vantage One Program at UBC Vantage College is an enriched first-year degree program combining credit coursework, academic English instruction, and additional learning supports. Students in the program are UBC students; they can progress seamlessly to second year of their chosen undergraduate degree.

English Language Institute

The English Language Institute offers English studies programs at UBC for thousands of international students.

Vancouver Summer Program

The UBC Vancouver Summer Program (VSP) is a four week academic program offered at the University of British Columbia, Canada for cohorts of international students to study at UBC. The program provides the opportunity for cooperating universities to organize groups of students to take two academic courses in various UBC Faculties while learning about Canadian practices and culture.

Simon K.Y. Lee Global Lounge

Located in the Marine Drive Residences, the Simon K.Y Lee Global Lounge and Resource Centre is a place for everyone with international interests. Many international clubs at UBC have their home base at the Lounge.
